Territorial Exclusivity to the right companies and sales professionals. As a member of the Final Flat Roof
Team, our goal is to ensure your success! In order to achieve this success, we provide you with the following:

• National Sales Support in the pursuit of clients.
• Representation at National and Internation Roofing and Builing Management Tradeshows.

• Access to a Roofing CRM Sales system that enables you to track and grow your business
As a member of our Sales Team, we are committed to your success!
As a State Representative, you will be required to:
1. Operate as a full time Final Flat Roof business practice. No other product lines allowed.
2. Execute a full marketing and development plan with an annual budget of $75,000.00.
3. Initially order 250 gallons per state upon execution of contract for each state.
4. Automatic renewal of State Contracts as long as the state is averaging 750 gallons per month.
5. Sale or transfer of contract is permitted as long as all terms of the existing contract are met.
6. All leads exclusively generated by FFR website or marketing ,that are given to the SIR, must be bid out at FFR’s established minimum pricing to ensure sale.
