Final Flat Roof (FFR) (FFR) is a reflective restoration system that is applied to 100 percent of the roof in accordance with Manufacturers installation guidelines. Only a complete system can qualify for a backed 10-20 year warranty.

Emergency Temporary Repair (ETR): The Client calls you it is raining and they have water pouring in the building and inventory and equipment are being damaged. They cannot wait for the rain to stop. Yes Final Flat Roof (FFR) can be use but be clear to your client that theses extreme conditions push Final Flat Roof (FFR) to its limits and we cannot guaranty to stop the leak. it may be at best we slow the leak down. If we do stop the leak the client should feel lucky if it holds for 48 hours or more. Make sure the client knows that a secondary repair will be needed at a additional cost and should be performed as soon as the weather allows. Emergency Temp Repairs are not warranted and should not be performed with out the client signing and agreeing to the Secondary Surgical Repair.
Secondary Surgical Repair (SSR): The client calls after an ETR or a storm has hit and the have roof damage and water leaks. The weather allows you to Pressure wash clean and prep the roof for a proper Final Flat Roof (FFR) application on damaged area. Area should be clearly labeled as to area and size of repair in reference to the roof (ex. SW corner 25'x30' area) . Full scrim and two layers of Thermoset minimum system with Eternabond 6-12" termination weld on all tie in areas. Do not use bull and granular at tie ins this is non cured petroleum and will inhibit the Thermoset from curing to the roof. SSR's should only be performed for clients that plan on doing a Full Roof Restoration. No warranty is given with SSR but SSR's can be performed in up to 4 stages (25% roof areas) to become a (FRR).
Full Roof Restorations (FRR): Client requests the roof to be repaired and restored with Final Flat Roof in one complete application. All application guideline must be adhered to. Scrim embedded in two coats of Thermoset with proper gallons per square of roof surface. This system must be called in with pictures and the following info supplied.
Decking type, # roof layers, System type of upper roof, roof to wall termination, location and size of roof.
This must be called in after the sale is complete and the order is to be placed
